General Booking Terms and Resort Policies

  • At the time of booking, 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be settled at the time of arrival.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  • Resort operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • A minimum group size of 100 students is required for School and College Package bookings.
  • For School and College Packages, one Correspondent, Principal, or one caretaker will receive complimentary admission for every 20 students.
  • Wearing nylon swimming costumes is mandatory for all water activities.
  • Guests may bring their own nylon swimming costumes for use in the water park.
  • Management reserves the right of admission. All guests must follow the resort rules and regulations at all times.
  • Billing will be based on the guaranteed number of guests or the actual attendance, whichever is higher.
  • Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the resort premises.
  • Food is prepared with an additional 10% buffer over the guaranteed guest count. If attendance exceeds this limit, MPN Resorts & Convention cannot guarantee serving the complete menu to all guests.
  • School and College managements are solely responsible for supervising students throughout their visit, especially in the water park area. MPN Resorts & Convention shall not be held liable for any minor or major accidents.
  • School and College authorities are responsible for identifying students with medical conditions such as epilepsy, seizures, water phobia, or any other health concerns that may not be visible or detectable by the resort staff.
  • Please confirm your event requirements at least one week in advance to ensure smooth planning and execution.
  • All rates and packages are subject to applicable government taxes.
